La Pryor Independent School District, a peaceful, small, rural, agricultural community, located in the southwest border region of Texas, will attract and retain strong instructional leaders who will set direction in providing a quality learning environment, designed to ensure an exemplary education for children, students and community who are fully committed to achieving educational excellence through sound fiscal management.

We believe that long term, multi-year contingency plans will be in
place with innovations that achieve desired results that support
and sustain change. (System Standard 6)
We believe that the school district shall allocate all resources, aligns training and development to maintain a clear focus on students as primary customers. (System Standard 7)
We believe the board of trustees, superintendent, district leaders, parents, and community shall support innovative uses of technologies to ensure that students are well educated. (Standard 9)
We believe that collaboration with all stakeholders is structured around student success.
We believe that the school district shall encourage and support the creation of collaborative relationships between students, parents, and community to ensure students success. (Standard10)
We believe that all stakeholders embrace a uniform decision-making framework focused on providing high quality, engaging work for student. (Standard 5)
We believe the district shall establish expectations for the rules, roles, and relationships that govern leadership activities in the learning community. (Standard 4)
