Hi, everyone! I am Tara McDonald Reyna, and I will be teaching English II and English III, in addition to 8th Grade Math Lab and Credit Recovery, this school year. This is my 17th year as a teacher, and it is my 6th year with La Pryor ISD. I have taught one year of 6th grade and 16 years of high school Language Arts, ELL (English Language Learners), Spanish, Geometry, and Reading in the past. I am originally from Kansas, but now I live in La Pryor and am quickly becoming a Texan!  In my free time - what little free time I can find! - I love to read, walk/run with my dog (the cutest Corgi ever!), travel, and watch movies on Netflix. I am married, and we have a 3 year old son, a 2 year old daughter, and a 1 year old baby boy.  (Now you know why I have very little free time!) I am currently the junior class sponsor, Credit Recovery/Edmentum administrator, Congress coach, and UIL coach for Informative/Persuasive Speaking and Prose/Poetry. I am excited for another great school year in La Pryor!  :)
