My name is Yvette Talamantes and I gladly serve as the La Pryor Independent School District Counselor. 

I have 20 years of experience in the field of education.  I have 18 years of experience as a school guidance counselor.  Throughout my career, I have served grade levels ranging from Pre-Kindergarten to 12th grade.  My hopes are to provide our students with the opportunities to further their education well after graduation and assist our district in creating well-rounded and contributive individuals.
